HMJ tech’s flagship system is designed specifically for larger manufacturing operations striving to maximize throughput and accuracy.
This 69 station system comprised of a combination of drums and totes is capable of manufacturing jugs, pails and drums all on one system.
There are a number of benefits to the A750 design including:
No moving valves.
Capable of accommodating up to 2” diameter chemical hose.
No wear points for hoses.
Ability to combine different valves types (3 and 4 stage dispense valves). HMJ tech’s 4-stage valves are capable of dispensing at a rate of 26 USG/minute (83liters/minute) on bulk flow.
HMJ tech’s indexing conveyor system can be designed with multiple load cells for large batches. Moving scale base for pail manufacture.
