The A750 Paste factory dispenser is the latest in HMJ tech’s line of factory dispensing equipment. This system addresses the need to dispense high-viscosity products in a factory environment. The A750 Paste unit has a new proprietary 2-stage dispense valve designed to handle viscosities up to 2,000,000 centipoise.
It is expandable to any number of 2-stage paste valves. It offers industry-leading dispense rates and accuracy. The modular framed design delivers a space-efficient layout that offers the best in operability and production.
The A750 Paste unit offers an optional pail scale for single-point dispensing into smaller batch sizes such as pails or cans. For drums and large vessels, we offer an industrial in-pit roller conveyor with high-precision load cells. The multi-scale option provides the best combination of capacity and precision and is available with synchronized load-in and load-out conveyors for fully automated large-batch operation.
