The A750 is a true factory dispenser which is built to out-perform every machine on the market. It is expandable to ANY number of 3-stage or 4-stage valves. The modular frame concept delivers a space-efficient layout that offers the best in operability and production throughput. The A750 offers an optional pail scale for single-point dispensing into pails, jugs or cans of any size. For drums and large vessels, we offer an industrial in-pit or surface mount roller conveyor with precision load cells. The multi-scale option provides the best combination of capacity AND precision. The A750 is available with synchronized load-in and load-out conveyors for fully automated operation. It can also be integrated with new or existing peripheral equipment for material handling or other operations.

The A750 Paste factory dispenser is the latest in HMJ tech’s line of factory dispensing equipment. This system addresses the need to dispense high-viscosity products in a factory environment. The A750 Paste unit has a new proprietary 2-stage dispense valve designed to handle viscosities up to 2,000,000 centipoise. It is expandable to any number of 2-stage paste valves. Automated Cleaning

At the heart of every HMJ tech automated dispenser is our proprietary automatic valve cleaner. Compressed air is used to create a vacuum in the cleaner which induces an aggressive flow of cleaner fluid and then flushes it all away through the cyclonic separator, allowing the cleaner fluid to be reused.
