International Paper installed an HMJ tech A355 water based Ink dispensing system

The HMJ tech A355 dispenser is a “high throughput-high accuracy dispensing system.”

The standard configuration includes:

• A “dual scale” configuration combining a high precision pail scale as well as an industrial drum scale. The drum scale is available in a low-profile surface mount scale or an in-pit design.
• The system is populated with HMJ tech’s proprietary “3-stage” dispense valves. There is also an option to “duplex valves” to increase throughput for large ingredient additions.

This design provides the highest degree of accuracy regardless of batch size. The A355 is the system of choice for “large printing operations.”
